FREIGHT TRAFFIC & TRACTION: 86 101 and 87 002 working Royal Mail trains, 56 311 & 56 312 on hire to Colas Rail for Immingham-Washwood Heath steel trains, Large Logo 47 580 on a Tyseley-West Ealing departmental working, 37 608 & 37 609 working the Daventry-Grangemouth intermodal, 56 303 at Ratcliffe power station having rescued a Fastline Freight coal train, newly re-liveried 59 001 working an Eastleigh-Westbury EWS departmental service, 67 011 & 67 028 hauling a Scunthorpe-Crewe CWR train, 57 303 passing through Banbury with the diverted PRDC-Shieldmuir mail, 57 008 & 57 011 hauling a rake of new Fastline coal wagons, 59 202 is off the beaten track with the Walsall-Tunstead cement….plus the best-ever selection of ‘Dead Shed’ spots!

PASSENGER TRACTION, RAILTOURS & SPECIALS: Colas Rail’s 47 739 working FGW’s ‘Night Riviera’ sleepers, 86 259 making a debut for its Class at Hadfield on a BBC charity train, 90 003 passing through Nottingham in the consist of a Freightliner service, former Virgin Class 57s commence new duties on Arriva’s Holyhead-Cardiff service, Virgin Class 57s on diverted West Coast services over the Chiltern Line, 20 189 working London Underground Met Line specials, 55 022 making a Deltic debut over the Cambrian route to Pwllheli, SWT’s 73 109 working Brockenhurst-Lymington Pier services, 47 375 working Norwich-Lowestoft services, the end of the Stobart Pullman.
